Shipping Rates and Policies
Shopping at Natural Non Toxic Clean.com is easy and secure. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. You can always remove the item from the cart. After you add an item to your cart you can choose to place your order or continue shopping. When your shopping is complete you can review your order with a simple click. You may then click on the check-out button to enter your shipping and billing information. Only after completing and clicking on the submit button will your order be instantly transmitted to our office. To Review: You can view the shipping/handling rate by adding the desired natural non toxic clean.com merchandise to your shopping cart. Then click on "Checkout" and fill out your name and address information. Click next or continue and you will see the total amount. No information is sent to us until the payment information is entered and the "Submit" button clicked. This is an easy way to find out the cost of shipping before placing an order.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Because of ever increasing shipping costs we have instituted a minimum order per customer of $50.00. Natural Non Toxic Clean.com ships by UPS. Should you choose to order less than $50.00 of natural products we will still ship your order but will place a small order handling fee of not more than $5.00 on your invoice. (Please note that this fee will not be applied if an item is out-of-stock, making your order total drop below $50.00. And, the $50.00 minimum is for goods ordered, not for shipping costs.) For example, if you order $30.00 goods, your total will be $35.00 plus shipping. (Notice that the small order handling fee is never more than a $5.00 fee.)

PRODUCT GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY
Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee on the purchase price (shipping excluded) on all unopened and unused natural non toxic clean.com products. Products returned must be received back to NATURAL NON TOXIC CLEAN.com within 30 days of receiving them. Orders received after 30 days are not eligible for refund. All returns must receive prior authorization by calling our phone number: 1-877-208-6311. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all items that are returned without Product Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted, 1) without the item(s) being carefully boxed or packaged to ensure a safe return home, 2) without the Product Return Authorization number being clearly printed on the said package. Products should be in their original package/container. All damaged products must be returned to us in order for you to obtain a credit on your account. We will gladly give full credit for any missing or damaged goods you order. You must report such items to us within 3 working days of the delivery of your order by calling us and giving your name, your account number, the invoice number and the problem.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING
For regular ground service in the 48 continental United States, UPS is the most common carrier used by Natural Non Toxic Clean.com. Our shopping cart interfaces with current rate charts. Charges are based on the estimated weight to the appropriate domestic zone. Transit time is normally 1-2 days on the West Coast, 5-6 days to the East Coast and somewhere in between for the other states, once we ship. Typically, orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days. However, some extenuating circumstances may delay the order a few additional days. Shipping rates for HAWAII, ALASKA, APO/AE/FPO and US Territories: Orders will be shipped by PRIORITY MAIL to these areas and are calculated at the standard rates based on zip code within the U.S.

GLOBAL SHIPPING
International orders (outside the U.S.) are shipped via "International Shipping" with typical transit times ranging from 5-14 days. These rates are based on the weight of the order. Your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs clearance charges and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These fees, if applicable, are your responsibility. Additionally, when ordering from "Natural Non Toxic Clean.com" you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

International customers please check with your country for restrictions, duties and taxes from your country. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REJECTED AND RETURNED BY CUSTOMS OR DELIVERY FAILURE ATTEMPT. Also, no refund will be given on confiscated or stolen natural non toxic clean.com products. In addition, we will not reship missing, damaged nor backordered items internationally. It is the responsibility of the customer to check with their customs officer to see if their country permits the shipment of our products into that country. When countries impose taxes, brokerage fees, etc. for incoming packages, it is the responsibility of the custmer to pay for these fees, if applicable.
